County of Washington, to wit:
Before the subscriber a Justice of the Peace in and for the County aforesaid in the District of Columbia, personally appeared Jonas P. Keller and made oath on the Holy Evangely of Almighty God that Albert Bouldin and Prissy, his wife, and Kate the mother of said Albert and Maria known as Maria Smith, are each and every of them free persons of color, and are now residing in the District of Columbia, to the best of his knowledge and belief.
Sworn to before me this eleventh day of August 1857.
