The historic Randolph Cemetery, established 138 years ago, is full. The descendants of people at rest there have decided to stop selling plots within the 5.6-acre site in downtown Columbia. Further, burials will not be allowed without proof of ownership — which could be as formal as a deed or as informal as a notation in a family Bible.
